Fine overall experience. Terrific place with great Wi-Fi and attached restaurant. A mini kitchenette, big closet, and a dining table in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Very-very nice staff and quick to respond. Exceptional service and reasonable value. Early check-in.

It was fairly clean with very-very nice staff. The rooms were quiet and brand-new, the view was nice. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and bathroom was nice. Exceptional service, even though a few employees were very unfriendly.

Great place to stay during your vacation to explore the city.

Comfortable and Clean Rooms

During our stay at Albrook Inn, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of our room. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was spotless. We felt completely at ease and relaxed throughout our stay.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a delayed breakfast and limited options, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had.

It was close to the Albrook Airport which was needed for a very early flight the next day. Also the food was very good.

Could have used some luggage stands and some hangers in the closet. Liked that they had a hair dryer.

The inn is in a quiet residential area and a welcome relief from traffic noise. It is easy an easy drive to get to any tourist area or shopping.

The breakfast offerings could have been better. It seemed as though very little effort was given to the food selection.

This hotel is located in a slightly upper-class residential neighborhood, which adds to its charm. The pleasant gardens filled with birds create a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and the option of a kitchenette, making it convenient for longer stays. Additionally, the breakfast included is a great bonus, ensuring a good start to the day.

Although there are sheer curtains on the windows, it would be better if there were additional window coverings for more privacy.

The cleanliness andthe restaurant

The rooms were clean. The restaurant was clean and reasonably priced. The breakfast was great. It was close to Albrook Mall. Beds were comfortable.

There is NO garden view, contrary to advertisement. Most rooms had a view of the parking lot. One could not simply charge meals to one's room...you had to pay at the restaurant. I was there 3 days before I found out, by accident, that there was a computer room...the staff should have told me. I asked if they had a guide book. The girl behind the desk at reception dug out an unopened box full of them and gave me one. They should be readily available and in plain sight. You had to take a taxi to go anywhere...at $5 a trip, minimum. It was close to Albrook Mall and nothing else. Had to bend down to stand under the shower head.

The hotel could benefit from improving the variety and quality of the breakfast options.
